Meet The Doctors

Norfolk Chiropractor Dr. Robinson Dr. Brad Robinson was born and raised in Howell, Michigan. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree (cum laude) in May 1979. He taught high school science, coached football, baseball and swimming for several years prior to his introduction to Chiropractic. Six months after being involved in an automobile accident his health began to deteriorate. He was treated by the team chiropractic doctor and received incredible results. So impressed with the natural healing art he enrolled in Life Chiropractic College located in Marietta, Georgia in 1983. He graduated from Life College with a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic (cum laude) in June 1986. Following his graduation, he passed the Virginia Board of Medicine licensing examination and began an associateship with Dr. Richard Wright of the Wright Chiropractic Clinic in Ghent. In May 1988 he opened Wards Corner Chiropractic.   Dr. Robinson uses Chiropractic Biophysics and motion palpation analysis and Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Toggle Recoil, and Activator techniques when caring for patients.

Dr. Robinson is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice chiropractic. He is also licensed in the state of Michigan. He is a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He continues his education courses offered by local associations and chiropractic colleges.

Dr. Robinson served as president of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association from October 2010 - October 2011, he is past president of the Virginia Society of Chiropractic, past president of the Hampton Roads Chiropractic Association and a member of the International Chiropractors Association and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He is the past president of the Wards Corner Merchants Association, member of the Wards Corner Task Force, Wards Corner Optimist Club and Sigma Chi Fraternity.  The Virginia Chiropractic Association named Dr. Robinson "Chiropractor of the Year" in September 2009. In July 2011, Dr. Robinson was appointed to the Norfolk Public Schools School Board.  Dr. Robinson was named Official Chiropractor for the Norfolk Admirals Hockey team in September 2008.   He was team doctor for the Granby High School football program from 1986 through 1991. In June 2000 he was elected as a Fellow (F.I.C.A.) of the International Chiropractors Association.

Dr. Robinson has been married for over 20 years and has two children.


Dr. David Milot was born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the Saul Hiser School of Radiologic Technology with a certificate in Radiologic Technology in 1985. He worked in various areas of radiology for a year. Starting in August 1986, he served for two years in the Geneva, Switzerland mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. While on his mission, one of his mission companions was hit by a car. One of the local church members was a Chiropractor and rendered care to the injured missionary. During this time, Dr. Milot gained a greater understanding of and appreciation for Chiropractic. Upon his return from missionary service, Dr. Milot felt inspired to pursue a degree in Chiropractic. In 1991, he enrolled at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City. He graduated with honors from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City in August 1994 with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. Following graduation, he passed the Virginia Board of Medicine licensing examination. In August of 1995 he opened Milot Chiropractic Center in South Boston, Virginia.  Dr. Milot uses Chiropractic Biophysics and motion palpation in analysis and  Thompson, Toggle Recoil, Activator, Gonstead, and Diversified techniques when caring for patients.

After nine years of practice in South Boston, Dr. Milot was presented with the opportunity to work with one of his mentors, Dr. Brad Robinson. So, in January 2005, he joined the team at Wards Corner Chiropractic as an Associate Chiropractor.

While in South Boston, Virginia, Dr. Milot was involved with the community through the Chamber of Commerce,
United Way, Cub Scouts, and AYSO soccer. He's been a member of the International Chiropractors Association, the American Chiropractic Association, the Virginia Society of Chiropractic, and the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association. 

Dr. Milot is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice Chiropractic and attends continuing education courses to keep up with current information in the Chiropractic profession.
