Our Wellness Partners
Mrs. Sarah Kelsey joined our wellness partner program in June 2010. Sarah is originally from Fort Worth, Texas, and studied music at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston MA. While singing in a summer program with the Boston Symphony, the Kripalu Yoga Center located nearby, was conducting a medical study enlisting members for a study regarding stress and yoga. The daily yoga practice revolutionized her life, so she changed her career path from opera singer to yoga instructor! She is a Yogafit certified teacher, Red Cross CPR/AED certified and a certified personal fitness trainer. Sarah will be teaching yoga at our office on Wednesday evenings from 7 -8 pm and Saturday mornings from 11:45 - 12:45 pm. Sarah's motto is that "Yoga is for everybody and every body." She welcomes beginners and even advanced yoga participants. Each class is only $10, please call the office to sign up, walk-ins are welcome as space allows. Dr. Robinson is very excited to offer yoga at the office for our patients and non-patients alike. "Yoga is an integral part of any wellness regime, it combines stretching and toning with proper breathing techiniques that everyone and anyone can benefit from." ** Update: Sarah's last day of Yoga will be September 10th. During Sarah's maternity leave we welcome Elaine Martinez! Elaine will be conducting classes on Wednesday evening only. We apoligize for any inconvenience.
