Visiting or Moving
Our office prides itself on caring for people from all over the world! Moving to any new area can be exhaustive, but we want to help make the transition easier for you and your family. Some helpful tips on transitioning to a new chiropractic office is very simple.
Before you leave your home request your records from your current chiropractor, or sign a records release. When you arrive in the Hampton Roads area simply give us a call, new patients are usually seen on the same day. If you have your records, bring them with you, if you do not have your records please be sure to bring the name, phone number and most recent visit date of your last chiropractor. We will help make the transition pain-free!
Whether it was the long drive, sitting too long in the car or unloading those suitcases you feel you might need an adjustment to make your vacation or business travel more pleasurable.
We are here to serve you; simply call the office, let our front desk person know you are a regular chiropractic patient, the date of your last adjustment, your chiropractors name and phone number. This allows the doctors an opportunity to contact your current chiropractor and discuss your health care needs. Better yet, if you have the opportunity to bring a travel form from your current chiropractor he/she will provide all of the necessary information. No vacation/travel is fun when you are in pain, we want to help you and your family achieve a fun filled vacation!
